Cyanotype Prints: are hand produced, using traditional processes, and original unique prints. Supplied hinge mounted in a bevel cut mat and ready to display in your choice of frame.
Cyanotypes are a 19th century photographic process. The light sensitive materials are hand painted onto 300g/m acid free cold pressed watercolour paper, before being exposed to the UV rays of the sun. Sometimes referred to as 'sun prints', there is no film negative, to be able to reproduce these images. Each is a unique, one of a kind print made using real botanicals from Jo's property in Ontario.
